perfectly comfortable location just off three major supermarkets, and local attractions, and the room was neat. liked having heworth coffee house within 5 minutes walk away. i appreciated the host. i had easy check-in. bed was comfortable and i slept well. there was kitchen, could cook my own meal.

The host personally greeted us, adding a nice touch to our stay. a great place to stay, especially on a sunny day to fully enjoy the terrace.

Some small details need attention, such as the lack of coat hangers, broken blinds, and issues with shower pressure and hot water. there was a soft bed and a leak from the en, suite causing wet carpet in the main bedroom.

James, the host, was very pleasant and gave us all the information we needed. The balcony offered stunning views of York Minster and sunsets. We loved sitting out on the roof terrace, especially during the hot and humid evenings. The apartment was finished to a high standard with premium fittings. It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We recently stayed at an incredible 2 bed apartment with a roof terrace in the heart of York. The location was perfect, and the view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. The property was clean, and we had a spacious apartment that felt comfortable and cozy. It was great to have access to apps like Netflix on the TV, and the ease of access and secure location with ample parking made our stay hassle-free. Additionally, the proximity to major supermarkets was a big bonus for us as an older couple. We also enjoyed seeing the Minster lit up at night, which added to the beauty of our stay.

Although we had a wonderful experience overall, there were a few minor drawbacks that we noticed during our stay. The bed was rather soft, which wasn't the most comfortable for us.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The property was lovely and well presented, and the outdoor terrace was a fantastic bonus. The view from the terrace was stunning, especially on a sunny day. The location was good, with easy access to three major supermarkets and the amazing sight of the lit-up Minster at night. The host, James, was very pleasant and personally greeted me upon arrival. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay, and the layout was spacious and easy to navigate. The ease of access and secure parking were also great features. I had a positive experience and would definitely stay here again.
